Now, Bowery’s capacity is about 575 souls and though I’m sure they exceeded that, for those not who weren’t in attendance ( that $100k price tag too much?) but who would like to semi-experience last night’s scene - aka a 90-minute set featuring a performance of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy in its entirety with guest appearances from Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, Terena Taylor, Pusha T, and John Legend, among others - scroll down for a video recap. Surely by now you’ve heard, via your overly annoying Twitter feed and/or this post, but Kanye West and a whole bunch of his friends celebrated the release of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy with a semi-surprise show at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning.
